Joshua Sim

Joshua Sim has extensive experience in project and contract management within the construction sector. Currently serving as Contracts Manager at Mirvac since April 2016, Joshua has held roles including Senior Contract Administrator and Contracts Administrator, contributing to significant projects such as Arthouse and Lucid in South Brisbane. Prior to this, Joshua worked as Project Manager at Valmont, overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects with esteemed clients in the Brisbane CBD. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from the Queensland University of Technology, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
