Melissa Jewell

Melissa Jewell is an experienced Asset Manager at Mirvac, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa served as Commercial Manager at Grosvenor Place Sydney from February 2015 to July 2022 and as Senior Property Lease Manager at CBRE, where responsibilities included leading the Lease Administration team on the DEXUS contract from March 2008 to January 2015. With over 15 years of expertise in Strata and Commercial Property Management, Melissa has also held the position of Associate Director, managing a commercial portfolio. Educational qualifications include an AssocRICS designation from RICS (2020-present) along with a Real Estate License and a Strata Management License obtained from the Property Council Academy.
