Victoria Tavendale

Victoria (Tori) Tavendale was appointed Chief Asset Management Officer in March 2023. She leads the Asset Management Division to provide portfolio and asset management, real estate operations and leasing services to all assets owned and/or managed by Mirvac, including direct investments managed by Mirvac’s Investments Division and third-party funds managed by Mirvac’s Funds Management Division.

Prior to that, Tori was General Manager of Real Estate Operations, and was responsible for overseeing the delivery of asset management, building operations and technology, marketing and customer service, HSE, facilities management, property management, capital works and sustainability across the office, industrial, retail and build to rent portfolios.

Prior to joining Mirvac, Tori held senior roles at Campus Living Funds Management, Investa and CBRE.

With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Victoria has worked across all asset classes for both institutional owners and occupiers.
