Charlie Goodwin has a diverse work experience in the medical industry. Charlie is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Apyx Medical Corporation, a position they have held since December 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bovie Medical Corporation in 2017. In the same year, they also worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at American Optics. Goodwin has extensive experience at Olympus, where they held the position of Group Vice President from February 2008 to July 2013. Charlie was responsible for the entire commercial strategy within the Global Surgical Energy group. Goodwin has also held leadership roles at Olympus (Gyrus ACMI), where they were the President Worldwide Sales, and at Gyrus ACMI as the President of the Surgical Division. In both roles, they had P&L responsibility and successfully drove revenue growth.
Charlie Goodwin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance & Economics from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA. Charlie completed their education at the university from 1984 to 1988.
