Rick Tilghman

Rick Tilghman is currently the MD of Public Finance at Mischler Financial Group. Rick has over 40 years of experience in the financial industry, starting their career in 1971 as a Vice President at Credit Suisse/The First Boston Corporation. In 1998, they became President of The Wells Group, Inc. and then Senior Vice President at First Albany Corporation in 1999. In 2000, they joined Greenwich Partners LLC as a Senior Vice President before moving to Public Resources Advisory Group later that same year, where they served as a Senior Managing Director until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, Tilghman was a Director at Lehman Brothers Inc/Barclays. Most recently, they were Senior Vice President at Ramirez & Co., Inc. from 2009 to 2013.
