Audra Lutz-Donato

Audra Lutz-Donato has a strong background in human resources, holding various positions throughout their career. Audra worked as a Retirement Coordinator at VF Corporation from July 1990 to January 1999. Following that, they joined Stroehmann Bakeries as a Human Resources Manager from February 1999 to January 2005. After that, they became the Human Resources Director at Misco Products Corporation in 2005, where they led the HR Department in areas of employment law compliance, recruiting and hiring policies, payroll, benefits, and 401(k) administration. Audra also implemented employee empowerment initiatives to foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and teamwork. Currently, they serve as a Board of Directors member at Berks County SHRM starting from 2010.

From 1991 to 1996, they attended Albright College and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration.

Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, they attended Central Pennsylvania Business School and earned an Associate degree in Legal Assistant.

In addition to their educational background, they obtained two certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In June 2018, they became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM Certification.
