Dave Betts

Dave Betts has a long and varied work experience. Dave began their career in 2006 as a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern at McKinstry. In 2008, they took on the role of Field Engineer at Schlumberger, where they were a lead Drilling Measurements Engineer on Exploratory Oil & Gas Wells in a rapidly growing US Production Region. In 2009, they worked as a Research at PitchBook Data, an independent and impartial research firm dedicated to providing premium data, news and analysis to the private equity industry. In 2010, they were a Project Manager at Construction for Change. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at One Acre Fund, where they held various roles, including Business Development Manager, Program Director, Program Manager, and Scout/Program Associate. In 2019, they co-founded Phil's Finest and became the COO.

Dave Betts attended the University of Washington from 2002 to 2006, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
