Nicole Chen

General Manager at Mishimoto

Nicole Chen began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Intern at Qingdao Richman Co., Ltd. In 2009, they moved to Solia China (Conform Packaging Co. Ltd) as a Purchasing Specialist. In 2010, they joined Puhong (Yangzhou) Shoes Manufacturing Co., Ltd as a Special Assistant to the CEO, and in 2011 they became the General Manager of Mishimoto, a world-class auto cooling parts designer and provider. In this role, they were responsible for general office management, including purchasing, sourcing, quality control, HR, accounting and admin operations, as well as supply chain management for performance cooling parts suppliers. Nicole also trained new employees in working procedures.

Nicole Chen received their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from Qingdao University of Science and Technology between 2005 and 2009. Nicole then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Yangzhou University between 2014 and 2017.
