Alon has 25 years of experience in real estate, including 15 years in senior management positions. Alon has extensive knowledge and experience in the location, in-depth economic analysis, and acquisition of real estate companies / properties, and in promoting them in terms of design, marketing, and construction. He has a proven track record in initiating and leading marketing campaigns, and in promoting business collaborations between companies. In his previous position, Alon held office as the Director of Real Estate Development at the Israel Post, which involved full responsibility for the company’s real estate operation, and the day-to-day management and betterment of over 1,000 office, commercial, and logistic properties all across Israel totaling ILS 2.5 billion. Before his term with Israel Post, Alon served as the VP Real Estate of Clal Insurance, with overall responsibility for managing ILS 6 billion worth of real estate operations, prior to which he held office as the Head of the Real Estate at Bank Leumi, with overall responsibility for managing the bank’s 480 properties totaling ILS 4 billion.

Mishorim Real Estate Investments Ltd, formerly Mishorim Development Ltd, is an Israel-based company that together with its subsidiary, Skyline International, is engaged in the acquisition and development of real estate properties in Israel and Canada. Its property portfolio includes office buildings, shopping centers, resorts, and hotels. The Company owns the: Port McNicoll, a commercial project; Horseshoe Resort, a ski and golf leisure site covering approximately 2, 000 acres and located more than 70 kilometers from Toronto; King Edward Hotel, and Skyline Tower located in Canada. In Israel, the Company owns more than 10 income producing properties covering more than 25, 000 square meters leased at an occupancy rate of approximately 90%. It owns assets totaling approximately 100, 000 square meters; and approximately 10, 000, 000 square meters of land reserves for the development and improvement of approximately 3, 000 housing units.
