Akram Nour

Akram Nour currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Misk Foundation, beginning in April 2025. Prior to this role, Akram held the position of Chief of Digital Transformation at the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority from April 2022 to March 2025, where responsibility included establishing and leading the digital transformation sector. Akram was the Founding CEO of the Statistics and Data Development Center at the General Authority For Statistics from May 2020 to April 2022, successfully securing over SAR 50M TCV in the first year. Additional roles included Director of Strategic Projects at MENASITA and various leadership positions at ICAD-KSA, contributing to the development of the King Abdulaziz International Airport. Akram holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Waterloo and completed an Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford.
