Canan Sihlaroglu

Canan Sihlaroglu is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Head of Science at Girls Misk Schools since August 2023, focusing on curriculum leadership in the field of Science. Prior to this role, Canan worked at the British International School Riyadh as a Teacher of Science from June 2021 to August 2023, and previously held positions at Preston Manor School as the Applied Science Coordinator and Teacher of Science, Denbigh High School as the Stem Lead Coordinator and Teacher of Science, and Edmonton County Secondary School as a Teacher of Science. Canan possesses a Master of Education (MEd) and a PGcert in Secondary Education (Science with Biology) from Brunel University of London, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Sciences from the same institution.
