Rasha Salem

Rasha Salem is an experienced professional in program management and evaluations, currently serving as the Children and Youth without Parental Care Program Manager at the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development and as a University Instructor at Misr International University. Rasha has held significant roles at various organizations, including Programs Evaluations Manager for the Tomorrow's Leaders Program at The American University in Cairo and Youth without Parental Care Socio-Economic Inclusion Technical Consultant at Wataneya Society. Rasha's expertise encompasses the development and implementation of coaching systems for youth, managing research projects related to socio-economic inclusion, and coordinating reporting systems for national projects funded by the World Bank. Rasha possesses advanced degrees in Sustainability Studies and Global Affairs & Public Policy from The American University in Cairo, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Misr International University.
