MacKenzie D. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Human Resources at MISS DIG 811 since December 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company starting from December 2022. Before joining MISS DIG 811, MacKenzie had experience as a Graduate Student Intern at the University of Michigan School of Social Work starting in January 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist in the manufacturing industry from September 2021 to June 2022. MacKenzie also worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Payroll Specialist at Global Psychological Services- GPS Solutions from November 2019 to September 2021. Earlier in their career, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at KLINGELNBERG AG from January 2015 to December 2016.

MacKenzie D. completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work at the University of Michigan from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a degree in Project Management at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, specializing in Project Management, HR, Strategic Leadership, and Development.
