Andrew Spikes has a diverse range of experience in marketing and management roles. Andrew has founded and served as CEO of a company called Missio since 2014. In 2019, they also founded Tonic Rocket. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Andrew worked at various companies including UPS, where they held the position of Head of Global Advertising and later Digital Marketing Manager, International Communications. At iDisciple, they were a Senior Marketing Manager focusing on brand management and development. Andrew also worked at NewPoint Media Group as a Partner Marketing Manager, at Trane as a Service Project Manager, at AT&T Advertising Solutions as a Sales Marketing Manager, at Sonus, LLC as a Media Buyer and Account Executive, and at Black River Entertainment, LLC as a Marketing Coordinator.
Andrew Spikes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Belmont University in 2009. Andrew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Anderson University (SC) from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
