Joshua Billups has a diverse background in marketing and content creation, with experience in various roles such as content manager, social media marketing specialist, and director & producer. Joshua has also served in leadership positions as President/Director for Niner Empire Portland and as an Ambassador for Mission 22. Joshua's experience includes work with organizations like Finance of America Mortgage LLC, Otto's Sausage Kitchen, and the US Army as a specialist and company videographer. Joshua has also worked in talent management and marketing for Elysium Music International. Joshua's education includes attending Portland Community College.

Mission 22
Mission 22 has three major programs. Funding veterans to receive treatment for Post Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury and other issues they may be facing through our many partner organizations, large scale public art to honor veterans and creating social impact for the issues veterans are facing today, Mission 22 has comprehensive programs to treat veterans suffering from PTS and TBI. We also have partnered with other organizations that offer amazing services to veterans as well as doctors and treatment facilities across the country. The VA is a great resource but they are understaffed and underfunded. With your help we can get our veterans the help they need now, without the wait. Our partner organizations specialize in Post Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury, substance abuse and all of the issues veterans are facing today.
