Tristen Adams

Tristen Adams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, education coordination, human resources, and volunteer work. Currently serving as an Ambassador for Mission 22 since July 2023, Tristen previously held the position of Assistant Director of Recruitment at Cross Country Nurses until April 2024, following a significant reduction in workforce. With extensive experience at Cross Country Medical Staffing Network, Tristen managed the complete interview process and developed candidate and client relationships. Earlier roles include Education Coordinator at Larabee School of Real Estate and Insurance, Admissions/HR People Development Coordinator at Southlake Village Rehabilitation Center, Realtor at Home Real Estate, and Owner/Cosmetologist at Tristen's. Tristen's career began as a Cosmetologist at SaHaira from 1994 to 2003 and includes a solid educational foundation from Hebron High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
