Amy Pearson is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and managing integrated multimedia campaigns. Currently serving as the Head of Communications at Mission 44 since October 2022, Pearson previously held the position of Senior Communications Manager at Plan International UK from July 2014 to November 2022, where efforts focused on driving change and promoting equality for girls on a global scale. Notably, Pearson also provided critical communications leadership for the Ukraine Response Hub in June 2022, and has garnered diverse expertise through roles at the Crown Prosecution Service and a secondment with the Department for International Development. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Bath and a Diploma in Digital Marketing Communications from CIM.
