Joanna C. is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Mission Asset Fund (MAF), where Joanna guides the organization's work with a community-based and client-centered approach. Prior to their role at MAF, Joanna has gained experience in research, consulting, and policy analysis, working with organizations such as USC Gould School of Law, UNIMINUTO Colombia, and the Los Angeles Mayor's Office of Economic Opportunity. With a background in Public Policy and Politics/Latin American and Latin@ Studies, Joanna C. has a strong foundation in social justice and community engagement.
