David Bergman

David Bergman, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. David is currently serving as the Director, Enterprise Software Solutions at Mission Aviation Fellowship. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager, Process & Project Team at Mission Aviation Fellowship and as the Manager, PMO at House of Design Robotics.

David also has a significant tenure at Terumo BCT, where they held multiple roles including Senior Principal Engineer, Manager Global Automation Process Development, Senior Engineer, Manager, and Senior Automation Process Engineer. During their time there, they led various projects and initiatives resulting in significant cost savings and process improvements.

Before Terumo BCT, David worked at Baxter International Inc. as a Principle Engineer, overseeing equipment ownership, project management, and implementation of process improvements. David played a key role in optimizing packaging lines, resolving customer complaints, and implementing vision systems.

David's career began at CaridianBCT as an Automation Process Engineer, where they successfully managed cross-functional project teams and implemented automation solutions, resulting in substantial labor savings. David also gained experience in validation and compliance with FDA regulations.

Early in their career, David served as an Engineering Intern at Gambro BCT, gaining valuable industry exposure.

David Bergman, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Furthermore, between 2011 and 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of Colorado Denver.
