Jaap Putters is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Pilot and Flight Instructor at Mission Aviation Fellowship since April 2019. Prior to this role, Jaap held various positions in supply chain management at Thermaflex Nederland and worked as a Consultant for Operational Excellence at Thermaflex International Holding. As a co-founder and board member of Stichting GiGha from August 2008 to August 2012, Jaap focused on improving the quality of life in the Kpandai District of Northern Ghana and promoting development cooperation in the Netherlands. Earlier experience includes working as a Mechanic for Veth Propulsion. Jaap holds several pilot certifications, including FAA Commercial and EASA CPL, as well as degrees in Industrial Engineering & Management and Mechanical Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Zadkine, respectively.
