Mission Aviation Fellowship
Karlene Stehling is currently the Director of Staff Development at Mission Aviation Fellowship, a position held since January 2020, and previously served as the Onboarding Manager for overseas staff. Karlene holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Leadership Development from Azusa Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Bible Studies from Trinity International University. Additionally, Karlene has educational experience from Moody Bible Institute.
