Mike Birdsong

Mike Birdsong has extensive experience in benefits management and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as the Department Manager of Benefits at Mission Aviation Fellowship since August 2007, Mike oversees self-insured medical and dental programs, 401k, life insurance, and other employee benefit plans for over 300 families. Previous roles at Micron Technology included Workforce Mobility Specialist and Supervisor, where Mike improved department efficiencies and ensured compliance with relocation policies. Early career experience includes HR Specialist/Payroll Supervisor at MK Rail, focusing on implementing and managing employee benefit plans. Mike holds a certificate in Bible/Biblical Studies from the Cole Center for Biblical Studies and completed the Human Resources Professional Development Program at Boise State University.
