Noel Fouts

Noel Fouts has extensive experience in aviation and technology management, currently serving as Flight Systems Manager at Mission Aviation Fellowship since December 2020, focusing on optimizing flight operations systems. Previously, Noel held roles such as Aviation Program Director - Liberia at Samaritans Purse, where operational control and the implementation of various aviation systems were key responsibilities. Noel’s background encompasses significant positions in flight operations and technology, including Flight Operations Manager at PACTEC International, and various senior technology roles in business intelligence and software architecture across several companies. Noel holds a Bachelor of Music from Carson-Newman University and an Associate of Science in Airframe Mechanics from Tarrant County College.
