Hilary Wong

Hilary Wong has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 with a role as a Regulatory Affairs Resourcer at Pharma Consulting Group (PCG). Hilary then worked at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and later as an HR Associate. In 2017, Hilary joined Munich Re (Group) as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator. Hilary then transitioned to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an HR On-boarding and Recruitment Coordinator in 2018. In 2019, Hilary worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP as an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator. Later that year, they joined the Public Library of Science (PLOS) as a People and Culture Business Partner, also taking on a role as an Interim Manager of People Operations. In 2021, Hilary moved to New Age Eats, where they worked as a People and Culture Manager, and later as a Senior Manager of People and Culture. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People Operations at Mission Barns starting from 2023.

From 2010 to 2014, Hilary Wong attended the University of the West of Scotland, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Biomedical Science. The degree program they pursued was accredited by the Institute of Biomedical Science.
