Robert Durruthy-Durruthy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Robert began their career as a Ph.D. Candidate in 2011 at Stanford University School of Medicine, where they completed their doctoral studies in 2014.

Afterward, they joined Stanford University as a Visiting Researcher from 2010 until 2014.

Robert then worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, they moved on to join Fluidigm Corporation as a Field Applications Specialist II, a role they held until 2017.

Since 2017, Robert has been affiliated with Mission Bio, gradually advancing through various positions. Robert first served as a Field Application Scientist from 2017 to 2019.

Robert then took on the role of Associate Director of Technical & Field Applications Support from 2019 until 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, they were the Director of Technical & Field Applications Support at Mission Bio.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Technical & Field Applications Support at the same company.

Robert Durruthy-Durruthy began their education in 2005 at Technische Universität Berlin, where they pursued a Diploma in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. In 2008, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on Medical Biotechnology. The following year, in 2009, they further expanded their knowledge by engaging in an exchange program at Lund University, specializing in Stem Cell Research.

Continuing their academic journey, Robert then joined Stanford University School of Medicine in 2010 and successfully completed a Master's Degree in Medical Biotechnology by 2011. Their studies at Stanford didn't stop there, and they went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Stanford University in 2014.

Throughout their education, Robert Durruthy-Durruthy has consistently focused on the biomedical and medical engineering fields, continuously deepening their knowledge and expertise.
