Riaz Chowdhury

Riaz Chowdhury is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Mission Decisions since May 2024, Riaz previously held the same title at Brightpearl by Sage from November 2021 to September 2023 and worked as a Data Engineer at Methods from January 2020 to November 2021. Riaz began the career as a Data Analyst Revenue Protection at British Gas from August 2016 to December 2019, focusing on identifying potential fraud through customer data analysis, and also contributed as a Data and Insight Analyst. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Accenture from 2007 to August 2016 as an Application Analyst, where Riaz managed service and project-related queries for NHS clients and provided performance analysis and reporting. Riaz holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Sheffield Hallam University and has foundational education in Computing from Beauchamp College.
