Kristie Shaw

Kristie Shaw currently serves as Vice President of Store Operations at Mission Dispensaries, a role held since February 2022. Prior to this, Kristie was District Manager at Starbucks from August 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included creating implementation plans to ensure operational excellence. Kristie also held positions such as South West Regional Manager at Paper Source, overseeing 21 locations, and District Manager at Brookstone and Body Time, managing multiple store locations and achieving sales growth. Early career experience includes a leadership role at Build A Bear Workshop and management positions at Bath & Body Works and Accessory Place, where strong organizational and communication skills contributed to significant business results. Kristie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Gulf Coast State College and has further education from the University of Florida.
