Ginger Bandeen

Ginger Bandeen, LCSW, is the Founder and CEO of Mission Driven Data, an organization focused on enhancing community mental health systems through meaningful data utilization. Since January 2019, Ginger has led efforts to empower leaders, providers, and consumers to effectively engage with their Electronic Health Record data for improved decision-making. Previously, Ginger served as the Director of Clinical Data and Analytics at Pinnacle Health Informatics, where expertise in behavioral health data solutions was developed, and held various leadership roles at ColumbiaCare Services, Columbia Community Mental Health, Douglas County Mental Health, Jefferson Behavioral Health, and Project Hospitality, demonstrating a strong commitment to integrated health outcomes and quality improvement in mental health services. Ginger earned a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from McDaniel College.
