Elizabeth Dwyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development finance and capacity building. Currently serving as a CDFI Consultant at the Mission Economic Development Agency, Elizabeth partners with Fondo Adelante CDFI to enhance operations and empower California's Latino immigrant microentrepreneur community. Previous roles include Interim Director of Fondo Adelante CDFI, where Elizabeth led the organization through a critical growth period, and Program Manager at the Financial Health Network, focusing on financial inclusion initiatives. With consulting experience across multiple CDFIs and financial inclusion organizations since 2015, Elizabeth has successfully raised nearly $15 million and developed innovative financial products. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Development from American University and advanced studies in international relations and language.
