Myrna A. Ortiz Villar is an experienced project manager and consultant specializing in community engagement, education, and social policy development. Currently serving as Project Manager at Mission Economic Development Agency, Myrna also founded Managing Actions Organizing Visions, LLC, focusing on professional development strategies across California.
