Richard Torres

Richard Torres has extensive experience in leadership and telecommunications management, currently serving as the Task Order Area Manager at Mission Essential since September 2019. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a System Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology from November 2018 to September 2019, where responsibilities included functioning as the CSLA COR Manager. Richard's career also includes a position as Telecommunications Operations Manager at the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command from January 2014 to September 2019. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, Interdisciplinary Studies from Trident University International, completed in 2018.
