Eli Moreno is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources and Operations at Mission Graduates. With a background in HR and recruiting, Eli has experience in creating job advertisements, managing recruitment accounts, conducting interviews, and implementing recruiting and retention strategies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, Eli has a passion for education and has experience as an instructor and student crew leader, showcasing leadership skills and dedication to improving educational opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds.
