Caleb Romberger is an experienced professional in sports operations and group coordination, currently serving as the Life Groups Coordinator at Mission Hills Church since January 2025. Prior to this role, Caleb held the position of Director of Softball Operations at Liberty University from August 2022 to January 2025, overseeing the daily operations of the softball team, managing budgets, arranging travel, and providing administrative support. Caleb also served as the Manager for Liberty University Softball from September 2019 to May 2022, assisting coaches with practice preparations. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Mount Hermon Camp and Conference Center and Sonrise Mountain Ranch, where Caleb focused on team management, curriculum planning, and camper engagement. Caleb holds a degree in Sport Management with a focus on Administration from Liberty University.
