Mission Hospice of South Pasadena
Rev. Christy Clark serves as the Executive Director for Strengthening the Black Village since November 2021, focusing on training instructors in Effective Black Parenting and empowering faith communities in this initiative. Clark has been a Chaplain/Spiritual Care Intern at Mission Hospice of South Pasadena since January 2014, providing spiritual support to clients and families. Clark's previous roles include Minister of Children, Youth & Young Families at Saint Mark United Methodist Church and Youth Director at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, emphasizing youth development and spiritual growth. Clark also worked as a Nutrition and Fitness Coach at Beachbody and completed a Data Mining Internship with Monterey County, enhancing skills in database tracking for foster youth. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary, Clark holds a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communications and Collaborative Health.

Mission Hospice was founded in 1997 to provide excellent end-of-life care to patients and families residing in the Greater Los Angeles area. We provide hospice services in private homes, skilled nursing facilities, board and care facilities, and assisted living facilities. In order to provide these services, we offer an experienced core of professionals to assist with all end-of-life needs.
