Karen Wagner is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Food Beverage Coordinator at Mission Inn Resort & Club since September 2022, Karen previously held positions as Executive Chef at Lake Receptions from April 2017 to March 2020, and Head Chef at Wallace Grill between June 2015 and November 2016. Karen's career began as a Sous Chef at Wallace Grill, and included a role as Tournant at Cafe de France, where Karen operated across all kitchen stations. Additionally, Karen was the Director at The Salt Room Villages from May 2012 to December 2013, contributing to the opening of a health and wellness facility. Karen holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
