Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development Services at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America since April 2011, Ala leads the organization’s CRM strategy, overseeing a system with over one million records and processing more than 150,000 gifts annually. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of CRM Analytics and Reporting at the American Medical Association, and Senior Business Analyst positions at Career Education Corporation and RR Donnelley. Ala began a career as a Business Analyst at SEI Information Technology. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
