Caitlin Sellnow is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in fundraising and development. Currently serving as Communications Manager at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America since July 2021, Caitlin has previously held roles within the organization, including Communications Specialist and Development Assistant for ELCA World Hunger and Disaster Appeal. Notable achievements include producing impactful donor materials, securing significant donations through proposals, and managing fundraising strategies. Caitlin’s earlier experience includes a Program Assistant position at Northwestern University, where editorial work and data organization were key responsibilities, and a role at Episcopal Housing Corporation, where a successful grant application resulted in a $15,000 award. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Nonfiction Writing from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Kenyon College.
