Karen Krueger

Karen Krueger has extensive work experience in the field of communications and advocacy. Karen started their career in 1996 with ELCA Metro D.C. Synod, where they held various roles including Communications toolkit, Demonstrated leadership, and Communications Director. In these positions, Karen focused on clear and attractive writing, editing, and developing graphics to effectively communicate messages. Karen also demonstrated leadership skills in promoting great ideas and fostering a professional network. In 2018, Karen joined the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as a Program Director, Advocacy Engagement.

Karen Krueger has a Master's degree from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Mount Mary University.
