Jay Thomas

Jay Thomas currently serves as a Cx engineer at Mission Labs, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jay was a system reliability engineer at MirrorWeb from December 2020 to November 2022, and earlier worked as a 2nd line tech support specialist at Connex One from January 2019 to December 2020.
