Jonathan Stepakoff

Jonathan Stepakoff is currently serving as Principal Business Analyst at Mission Lane since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions at Capital One from June 2017 to October 2022, including Senior Business Analyst for Small Business Card, where significant initiatives included piloting an incentivized referrals program and coordinating a business travel product launch. Jonathan also worked as a Business Analyst focusing on lead generation and proactive delinquency outreach during the pandemic and contributed to fraud reduction strategies in the Fraud & Disputes team.
