Liz Connors possesses extensive experience in data analytics and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving in analytics at Mission Lane and as a member of the Board of Directors at GROW Northwest, an organization focusing on inclusive gardening communities, Liz previously held positions as Vice President of Data & Analytics at Headset, Director of Analytics, and as a consultant at Marijuana Business Daily. Additional roles include significant contributions at Capital One, Rackspace, HEB, and the Federal Reserve Board, where expertise in consumer behavior, data science, and managerial decision-making has been demonstrated. Liz holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University, along with a certificate in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University and a pastry certificate from L'Academie de Cuisine.
