James Plant has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. James is currently employed at Mission Mars as the Head of Innovation & Openings and previously served as the Openings & Innovations Manager and General Manager. Before joining Mission Mars, James worked as the Managing Director at Mish Mash. James also held the position of General Manager at Individual Restaurant Company, Jamie Oliver Ltd, Hallmark Hotels, Royal Bath Hotel, Barcelo Shrigley Hall Golf & Country Club Hotel, Barcelo Buxton Palace Hotel, The Palace Hotel, and Sedgebrook Hall - Hayley Conference Centres. James is a highly experienced and versatile professional with a strong background in operations and management within the hospitality industry.

James Plant attended Stirling University from 1994 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a 2:2 degree in Philosophy & English. Additionally, they earned a Stirling B.A. Honours Degree in Philosophy & English from the same university.
