Marc Cornelius

Marc Cornelius has extensive experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Mission Motorsport since June 2022. Previously, Marc held significant roles at CEPSA as Head of Compliance - Trading from July 2023 to October 2024, and at TP ICAP as Head of Energy & Commodities Compliance from June 2019 to May 2023. Marc's experience at Shell included serving as Regional Head of Compliance for Europe, Asia, and Africa, overseeing compliance for Shell Trading & Supply operations. Prior roles include Manager of Global Regulatory Policy, Ethics & Compliance at BP, and Manager of the International Coordination Team at the Financial Services Authority, where Marc was integral to negotiating key EU financial regulations. Marc's foundational education includes a Bar Vocational Course from Inns of Court School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws in European Law from the University of West London.
