Chad Bayne

Chad Bayne is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Aviation Safety Manager at Army Aviation Support Facility #2 since February 2023. With extensive tenure as an Instructor Pilot and Chief Warrant Officer in the Nebraska National Guard since 2006, Chad specializes in mentoring, training, and evaluating aviators while ensuring the safe employment of cargo helicopter aviation assets. Previous roles have included Training Coordinator at Army Aviation Support Facility and Production Control Supervisor at L3Harris Technologies, where Chad managed instructor operations and conducted critical aviation training. With a background in safety management and correctional operations, Chad also possesses strong maintenance skills from early experience as an Aircraft Mechanic. Chad holds a Bachelor's of Science in Technical Management and an Associate’s Degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide.
