Farkhad Musazov is a seasoned professional with experience in grant management and human rights advocacy. Currently serving as a Grant Management Specialist at MNC Inspiring Success since December 2022, Farkhad oversees multiple grants and contracts while ensuring compliance through collaboration with service area managers and accounting. Previous roles include Reporting Analyst at TGEU, where Farkhad analyzed LGBT+ human rights trends in Turkmenistan, and Country Report Expert at ILGA-Europe, contributing to the Annual Review of the Human Rights Situation. Farkhad has also developed expertise as a Partnership Specialist at Kyrgyz Indigo, conducting extensive research that led to the publication of multiple reports on human rights issues. Educationally, Farkhad holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the American University of Central Asia and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
