Gloria Perez Cardenas Pharmd

Gloria Perez Cardenas PharmD, MS, currently serves as a pharmacist and interim pharmacy director at Mission Neighborhood Health Center since January 2021. Prior experience includes working as a pharmacist at Walgreens from March 2019 to September 2022 and founding Wellatino in December 2017. Gloria also completed a hospital operations rotational internship at UCSF Medical Center in 2016, where responsibilities included reviewing hospital policies, conducting audits, and educating staff on lean concepts. In earlier roles, Gloria coordinated events at the UCSF Entrepreneurship Center and made significant contributions as a graduate researcher and teaching assistant at Florida International University, as well as a research fellow at UC Irvine. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Florida International University, alongside business education from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
