Fidel Serrano

Fidel Serrano is a seasoned programmer with extensive experience in software maintenance and enhancement. Currently employed at Mission Pharmacal since June 2000, Fidel is responsible for maintaining the ERP system, iRennaisance, which includes writing user reports and implementing system enhancements. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Programmer at Ross Systems from 1989 to 2001, as well as working as a Programmer at Ross Computer Systems from 1989 to 2000. Fidel holds a degree from the University of San Francisco, earned between 1981 and 1989.
