Misty P. has extensive experience in project coordination and administrative support, currently serving as a Project Coordinator in the Food Service Bidding/Contract Department at Mission Restaurant Supply since September 2012. Prior to that, Misty worked as an Administrative Assistant at Big Brothers Big Sisters, where responsibilities included managing background checks, ensuring the quality of volunteers, and improving document accessibility. Earlier roles at Whole Foods Market included Spa Manager and various positions in spa management and skin care purchasing, demonstrating expertise in inventory management, guest service, and team leadership. Misty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University, earned in 2006.

Mission Restaurant Supply is a family owned and operated foodservice dealer headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Since opening in March 1988, our company has grown to include showroom locations in Austin, Corpus Christi, McAllen, and Fort Worth, with a wholesale refrigeration department in Houston, Texas. We work with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals, schools and many other institutions on all foodservice needs, from concept design to kitchen layout, installation, and service. We’re proud to offer all of this in house, plus custom metal fabrication and full-service leasing.
