Andy Tsangarides, CPM®, has extensive experience in the residential property management industry. Andy has held various executive and leadership roles throughout their career.

From 2016 to the present, Andy has served as the Executive Vice President at Mission Rock Residential, LLC. During their tenure, they have overseen the expansion of the company's East Coast operations, growing the portfolio from 3 assets in 1 state to over 30 assets in 6 states. Andy is responsible for leading and managing operations from Connecticut to Florida.

Prior to joining Mission Rock Residential, Andy worked at The Integral Group from 2012 to 2016 as the Area Vice President of Operations. In this role, they mentored and guided Area Managers, oversaw a personal portfolio, and ensured compliance with company guidelines.

Before that, Andy served as the Regional Property Manager at Ambling Management Company from 2010 to 2012. Andy managed and turned around communities throughout the Southeast, conducting market and financial analysis to maximize rent growth and expense control.

Andy also held positions at Concord Management Limited as a District Manager from 2009 to 2010 and at Miles Properties, Inc as a District Manager, Construction Project Manager, and Community Manager from 1999 to 2009. In these roles, they supervised property renovations, managed day-to-day operations, and ensured the successful operations and financial performance of multi-state portfolios.

Andy Tsangarides, CPM®, earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Andy later obtained additional certifications, including the CPM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management - INACTIVE in January 2016, and the HCCP certification from the National Association of Home Builders in January 2015.
