Grant Himes

Grant Himes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various facets of law, including compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management. Currently serving as Counsel at Mission Solar Energy since March 2020, Grant previously held the position of Attorney at Concierge Auctions, where responsibilities included overseeing in-house and transactional legal needs. Grant also managed a multi-state compliance program as a Compliance Attorney at Brock & Scott, PLLC, and contributed to litigation as an Attorney at Synergy Legal. A strong foundation in compliance was established during an internship with NCAA compliance at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Grant's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics/Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law.
